The 2019 Honda Passport’s pricing has been revealed for Canada
The mid-size SUV should start at just under $42,000 when it hits dealers here in mid-March
Honda’s i-VTM4 torque-vectoring all-wheel-drive is standard on the Passport, as is a 3.5-liter i-VTEC V6 which churns out 280 horsepower. Fuel economy is rated at 12.5 L/100km city; and 9.8 highway, for a combined figure of 11.3.
The five-seater SUV offers best-in-class passenger space and available in-vehicle Wi-Fi with Android Auto and Apple Carplay. An 8-inch Display Audio system, heated and ventilated front seats and wireless phone charging are also available.
What’s really cool about the Passport is the option to equip an Adventure Package and Urban Package. These Genuine Honda Accessories add some more flair to the CUV and give it a cool off-roader look.
More than just a dress-up package though, they also allow outdoor gear such as bikes, kayaks, skis and snowboards to be easily mounted to the exterior. All those dirty bits can also be stored under the cargo area in a “basement.”
